Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to earn your absolute satisfaction.
You have 15 days following order receipt to return an item to us under our 15-day return policy.
Your item needs to be new, unused, with tags, and in the original packing in order for the return to be accepted. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Cancellation Policy:
After an order has been placed, BhaktiMarg does not support canceling it. But the following factors must be taken into account:
- Within a period of 12 hours, a consumer placed multiple orders for the same item in the same quantity.
- Only requests for cancellation that are submitted within six hours of placing the order will be taken into consideration. However, if the orders have already been sent, the cancellation request won’t be taken into consideration.
Refund Policy:
Only for purchases that were canceled and received damaged, a refund will be issued; the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.
Once we’ve received and examined your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If the refund request is accepted, it will be processed, and if the order was C.O.D., a credit will automatically be credited to the customer’s credit card or original payment method within 10-15 days. Please include bank information in the return request.
Within 21 working days of the confirmation date for the refund, refunds must be handled.
